what?

The 2024 pride & remembrance run is a 5k run, 3k walk and two kids races.

We welcome runners and walkers of all paces and abilities.

Strollers, baby joggers and pets are allowed in the final corral/wave only. 

Following the run/walk, there is an after party in Barbara Hall Park, beside the 519 at 519 Church Street.


where?

The 2024 pride & remembrance run starts at the corner of Church & Wellesley Streets.

The course goes west along Wellesley Street and around Queen’s Park Circle. The 5k is 2 loops around and the 3k is 1 loop. The course returns east along Wellesley and finishes at the same place as the start.

There will be water on course.

when?

The 2024 pride & remembrance run takes place on Saturday, June 29, 2024 and starts at 9:00am

  • 9:00am: kids 6-10 1k; arrive at 8:45am

  • 9:05am: kids 2-5 500m; arrive at 8:50am

  • 9:15am: 5k (corral 1) - under 21 min; arrive at 9:00am

  • 9:25am: 5k (corral 2) - 21-30 min; arrive at 9:10am

  • 9:35am: 5k (corral 3) - 31 min and over; arrive at 9:20am

  • 9:45am: 5k (corral 4) and 3k walk - runners, walkers, strollers; arrive at 9:30am

Start times for runners and walkers will be based upon corrals and estimated finish time, from 5k fastest runners to 3k walkers.

Please plan to be arrive 15-20min early to get into your corral and to take in the warm-up and announcement activities.


why?

The 2024 pride & remembrance run is the largest of its kind in Canada and is one of the most popular running events in Toronto. It’s also one of the largest fundraising events during Pride week. Celebrities, political leaders and people like you join together to support charities in need.  It’s easy to get involved in this year’s Run.
